Какие данные обрабатывает CRDS

Данные учётной записи CRDS. Имя, адрес электронной почты и хеш пароля. Пароль в открытом виде не хранится.
Рабочее пространство, роли и участники. Название пространства, часовой пояс, состав участников и их роли.
Данные подключённых социальных аккаунтов. Площадка, внешний идентификатор, имя, отображаемое название и статус подключения Telegram, ВКонтакте, MAX, YouTube, Rutube или Pinterest.
Статистика каналов Telegram и MAX. Число подписчиков, просмотры и репосты постов, опубликованных через CRDS, а также события подписки и отписки: идентификатор пользователя на площадке, имя, имя пользователя и время. События пишутся только с момента, когда бот начал их получать, и только для канала, уже подключённого в рабочем пространстве. Эти сведения видны участникам пространства на карточке канала.
Тексты, изображения и видео. Материалы, которые пользователь загрузил или импортировал для подготовки публикации, и история отправки этих материалов.
Технические журналы. Записи об ошибках и служебные идентификаторы, нужные для диагностики.
Данные YouTube и OAuth-токены. Название и идентификатор выбранного канала, поля выбранного видео и токены доступа и обновления. Подробности — в разделе ниже.
Данные Pinterest и OAuth-токены. Идентификатор аккаунта, имя пользователя, название бизнеса, если оно есть, и токены доступа и обновления. Пароль Pinterest не запрашивается и не хранится. Токены лежат в зашифрованном поле и не показываются в интерфейсе. Заготовка пина хранит картинку, заголовок, описание, ссылку и выбранную доску, пока её не удалят в CRDS.

Для чего эти данные используются

вход в CRDS;
работа рабочего пространства;
подготовка публикаций;
отправка выбранного пользователем контента в подключённые аккаунты;
диагностика ошибок;
подключение YouTube-канала и загрузка видео;
подключение аккаунта Pinterest;
показ статистики подключённых каналов Telegram и MAX.

CRDS не продаёт пользовательские данные и не передаёт их сторонним организациям для самостоятельного использования. Текст, изображение или видео уходят в API той площадки, которую пользователь выбрал для публикации: Telegram, ВКонтакте, MAX, YouTube или Rutube.

Данные Google и YouTube

Канал YouTube подключается через Google OAuth 2.0. CRDS не получает пароль Google. Используются только два разрешения:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — загрузка выбранного пользователем видео на его YouTube-канал;
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — чтение названия и идентификатора выбранного канала и статуса обработки видео, загруженного CRDS.

CRDS не получает Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, контакты, подписки, комментарии или другие данные, для которых разрешения не нужны.

Данные Google используются только для функций CRDS, описанных в этой политике: узнать выбранный канал, загрузить выбранное видео и проверить статус его обработки. Это ограниченное использование по политике Google о пользовательских данных API. Данные Google не продаются, не используются для рекламы и не передаются сторонним организациям для самостоятельного использования.

CRDS не использует Google API для создания, генерации или распространения AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

Токен доступа отправляется в YouTube Data API и на адрес загрузки видео. Токен обновления отправляется только на https://oauth2.googleapis.com/token, чтобы получить новый токен доступа. Видеофайл и поля ролика уходят в YouTube, потому что пользователь публикует на этот канал.

Хранение и защита

OAuth-токены хранятся в защищённом зашифрованном поле записи подключённого аккаунта. Токены не отображаются пользователю в интерфейсе.

Пароль CRDS не хранится в открытом виде, а сохраняется в виде хеша.

Технические журналы хранятся не более 14 дней, после чего удаляются или обезличиваются.

Сроки хранения

Данные учётной записи и рабочего пространства хранятся до удаления учётной записи или рабочего пространства.

Данные подключённого YouTube-канала и OAuth-токены хранятся до удаления или отключения подключения, отзыва доступа в Google либо удаления учётной записи CRDS. Кнопка «Отключить» останавливает публикацию и оставляет токен в записи. Кнопка «Удалить» убирает токены, данные подключения и публикации этого подключения внутри CRDS.

Материалы и история публикаций хранятся до их удаления пользователем, удаления рабочего пространства или удаления соответствующего подключения.

Снимки числа подписчиков, просмотры постов и события подписки и отписки хранятся, пока подключен канал. Удаление подключения удаляет их вместе с публикациями этого подключения. Снимки числа подписчиков старше 180 дней удаляются автоматически.

Технические журналы хранятся не более 14 дней.

Удаление данных

Пользователь может запросить удаление данных, написав на dimdim7702@gmail.com.

Запрос обрабатывается в течение 30 дней.

При удалении подключения YouTube CRDS удаляет сохранённые OAuth-токены, данные подключения и связанные с ним данные внутри CRDS. Отдельной кнопки «удалить все мои данные» нет: полное удаление учётной записи запрашивается письмом, а одно подключение удаляется в карточке аккаунта.

Пользователь также может отозвать разрешение Google на странице https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Удаление подключения в CRDS или отзыв разрешения Google не удаляет ранее опубликованные видео с YouTube. Такие видео удаляются пользователем через YouTube Studio.

CRDS privacy policy

Data CRDS processes

CRDS account data. Name, email address, and a password hash. The password is not stored in plain text.
Workspace, roles, and members. Workspace name, time zone, members, and their roles.
Connected social accounts. Platform, external id, name, display name, and status for Telegram, VK, MAX, YouTube, Rutube, or Pinterest.
Telegram and MAX channel statistics. Subscriber count, views and reposts of posts published through CRDS, and join and leave events: the platform user id, name, username, and time. Events are stored only after the bot starts receiving them, and only for a channel already connected in the workspace. Workspace members see them on the channel card.
Text, images, and video. Material the user uploaded or imported in order to prepare a publication, and the history of sending that material.
Technical logs. Error records and operational ids used to diagnose failures.
YouTube data and OAuth tokens. The selected channel’s name and id, the fields of the selected video, and the access and refresh tokens. Detail is in the section below.
Pinterest data and OAuth tokens. Account id, username, business name when Pinterest returns one, and the access and refresh tokens. The Pinterest password is not requested and is not stored. Tokens are kept in an encrypted field and are not shown in the interface. A pin draft stores the image, title, description, link, and chosen board until it is deleted in CRDS.

Why the data is used

to sign in to CRDS;
to run the workspace;
to prepare publications;
to send content the user selected to connected accounts;
to diagnose errors;
to connect a YouTube channel and upload a video;
to connect a Pinterest account;
to show statistics for connected Telegram and MAX channels.

CRDS does not sell user data and does not give it to outside organizations for their own independent use. Text, an image, or a video is sent to the API of the platform the user chose: Telegram, VK, MAX, YouTube, or Rutube.

Google and YouTube data

A YouTube channel is connected with Google OAuth 2.0. CRDS does not receive the Google password. Only two permissions are used:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — upload a video the user selected to that user’s YouTube channel;
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — read the name and id of the selected channel and the processing status of a video CRDS uploaded.

CRDS does not receive Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, subscriptions, comments, or other data for which a permission is not needed.

Google user data is used only for the CRDS features described in this policy: to identify the selected channel, to upload the selected video, and to check its processing status. That is limited use under the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not given to outside organizations for their own independent use.

CRDS does not use Google APIs to create, generate, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.

The access token is sent to the YouTube Data API and to the video upload endpoint. The refresh token is sent only to https://oauth2.googleapis.com/token to obtain a new access token. The video file and the video fields go to YouTube because the user is publishing to that channel.

Storage and protection

OAuth tokens are stored in a protected encrypted field on the connected-account record. Tokens are not shown to the user in the interface.

The CRDS password is not stored in plain text. It is stored as a hash.

Technical logs are kept for no more than 14 days and are then deleted or de-identified.

How long data is kept

Account and workspace data are kept until the account or the workspace is deleted.

Connected YouTube channel data and OAuth tokens are kept until the connection is deleted or disconnected, access is revoked at Google, or the CRDS account is deleted. Disable stops publishing and keeps the token on the record. Delete removes the tokens, the connection data, and that connection’s publications inside CRDS.

Material and publication history are kept until the user deletes them, the workspace is deleted, or the related connection is deleted.

Subscriber-count snapshots, post views, and join and leave events are kept while the channel stays connected. Deleting the connection removes them together with that connection’s publications. Subscriber-count snapshots older than 180 days are deleted automatically.

Technical logs are kept for no more than 14 days.

Deleting data

A user can ask for data to be deleted by writing to dimdim7702@gmail.com.

The request is handled within 30 days.

When a YouTube connection is deleted, CRDS deletes the stored OAuth tokens, the connection data, and the related data inside CRDS. There is no “delete all my data” button. Deleting the whole account is requested by email. One connection is deleted from the account card.

The user can also revoke the Google permission at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Deleting the connection in CRDS or revoking the Google permission does not remove videos already published on YouTube. The user deletes those videos in YouTube Studio.
